Leeds have been linked to Fabian Delph.
Manchester City are claimed to be keen on keeping Fabian Delph, Teamtalk report, despite interest from several clubs.
Fascinatingly, Delph's former club Leeds United are among those interested, with Garry Monk's side hoping to win promotion to the Championship.
Leeds current CEO is Ben Mansford, who used to be Delph's agent, and is still in touch with the midfielder.
Mansford once helped Delph clinch a move away from Leeds to Aston Villa, but he will have very different objectives nowadays.
In an interview with BBC Radio Leeds six months ago (26/7/16), Mansford said that Delph had promised to return, but it could be a while yet, and he would attempt to do what he could to speed it up.
He said, commenting after his appointment: "I think his first text to me was congratulatory. He talked me through what a great club it was.
"Fabian Delph mentioned he might come back free of charge when he's 35. If there's a chance I can nick him back before then, I promise I'll try."
Delph has played only two Premier League games for Manchester City this season, both as a substitute, with injuries limiting his playing time.
