No matter what happens tomorrow, this has already been one hell of a Christmas for Leeds United.
Two 95th-minute winners and seven wins in a row are making even the most sceptical of fans dream, and with mid-table Hull City up next, that winning run could be extended to eight.
The Tigers have suddenly found some form. Despite only winning four of their opening 19 games, they have now won four of their last five and sit second in the form table behind Leeds.
It might not be all that straightforward then for United who weren’t quite at their dazzling best against Blackburn on Boxing Day.
The celebrations for Kemar Roofe’s winner belong on an ancient tapestry - the players celebrating in the corner, Bielsa screaming at his players to get back to their own half and Gaetano Berardi being, well, Gaetano Berardi.
If Leeds can achieve even half of that magic at Elland Road again tomorrow, Hull won’t stand a chance.

Goodness me, the unfolding story of this Championship season is gripping stuff!
Hard on the heels of that incredible comeback at Villa Park we go and do it again against Blackburn! We’re still top and we’re winning games when all the odds suggest we’ve already lost them! That’s what sides tend to do on their way to promotion!
Next up is a visit to Elland Road from Hull City to Elland Road and we all know it will every bit as tough as any other Championship game.
If I hadn’t just looked at the table, I’d have guessed Hull were down in the bottom four or five but what a surprise I got; Hull sit comfortable in 15th and nine points clear of the bottom three.
The Tigers are unbeaten in six and, while the majority of those games were against sides struggling at the wrong end of the table, they did include a 0-0 draw with Norwich City.
We will need every bit of the same resolve we showed against Blackburn – if not more – but I’m expecting Leeds to just shade it.

Leeds United gifted us a euphoric Christmas and proved there is nothing better than a late Kemar Roofe winner to fuel tidings of joy in the West Yorkshire area.
We were excellent against Blackburn, particularly in the first half, and did more than enough to deserve the three points.
Blackburn put in the type of performance that we have become accustomed to from United over the festive period and would have absolutely stolen the points had we not fought back.
Now it is on to the Hull game at home tomorrow and the form guide shows a tougher prospect lies in wait.
Any long time fan of this club can’t help having the nagging doubt that the wins have to stop somewhere and, if we go into tomorrow’s game anything less than 100 per cent committed, then we risk losing our first game since the trip to West Brom.
This season is shaping up to be one of the best, so a home score draw won’t be the end of the world.

After the Aston Villa game, a festive full house was all set up for a ‘stroll in the park’.
A rejuvenated Jack Harrison had whacked an unplayable ball into the box for Williams to turn into his own goal. This was at the relatively early time of 37 minutes and all looked well.
But everything changed early in the second half.
Luke Ayling conceded a penalty which Mulgrew then got up to tuck neatly away.
Then, on 90 minutes, disaster struck from a free-kick just outside the box when Mulgrew fooled everybody including Bailey Peacock-Farrell to score in the right-hand corner.
Some of the usual moans were heard and a few fools left early. Bad move because they missed Kemar Roofe’s stunning late, late show.
When he scored the equaliser and then the winner, the noise levels easily exceeded the health & safety limits.
Hull come to town with a decent string of results behind them. Nigel Adkins has made them a difficult side to beat. That said, I’m backing United to stay lucky.

The amazing 3-2 Boxing Day win over Blackburn Rovers was another incredible spectacle in front of a packed Elland Road.
It was our seventh win in a row and we now lead the Championship by three points with one game to play in 2018.
Saturday brings Hull City to Leeds and althought they have not had the best of seasons so farm, they are improving and arrive at Elland Road on the back of a good win at Preston.
The Tigers are unbeaten in the last six games and look to have turned the corner.
Leeds will probably be still without the services of captain Liam Cooper, but Kalvin Phillips has excelled as his deputy in recent games. Jack Harrison had a better game against Blackburn and will probably keep his place despite Jack Clarke replacing him in the second half.
As Blackburn showed you can take no one for granted and with their improved form Hull will be a tough opponent.
With Leeds in such a rich vein of form it is hard not to see them ending the year with yet another win to take them into 2019 in fine fettle.
