Godt spørsmål.

Han gikk jo på lån til Oxford United i august i fjor, men lånet ble tilbaketrukket 4. januar i år. Leeds mente at han fikk alt for lite spilletid, og med kun tre ligakamper på fire måneder, kan man jo forstå den avgjørelsen. Siden han ikke har figurert på U21-laget i den senere tid, kan det vel fort være at han er skadet?

Leeds United Under-21s' finish their Premier League 2 campaign with a trip to the Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion Under-21s on Monday evening.

Scott Gardner's side are enjoying a rich vein of form as they head into the clash with the Baggies, picking up two wins and a draw from their last three matches.

The run started with a resounding 3-0 victory over Derby County on home soil, before a Luca Thomas brace on Tyneside saw the Whites beat Newcastle United away from home.

After falling behind to an early Everton goal against the run of play last time out, United deservedly levelled courtesy of Charlie Allen's well-taken strike before the break and would have gone on to beat the Toffees, if not for an inspired performance by George Pickford in the opposition goal.

Those results have seen the Whites jump up five positions in the PL2 standings, two points above Monday's opposition West Brom.

Albion go into the tie on the back of a difficult run of form, which has seen Richard Beale's side lose their previous four. Last time out, the Baggies fell to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City, with Kane Taylor and Micah Hamilton getting on the scoresheet either side of half time.

The two sides met at the end of last campaign with West Brom coming out on top in the Midlands, meaning the Whites dropped into the playoffs enroute to promotion back to the top-flight.

På 0-1 prøvde midtstopper Debayo en enkel pasning en enkel pasning frem på midten, han bommet totalt, WBA spaserte inn 1-0. 2-0 ny feilpasning, liit lenger fremme på banen. Kontring og 0-2.

Her er det bare å henge med.To spisser har fått et års forlengelse av kontrakten. Først Marley Wilson, en litt hypet spisstype som også kan spille på vingen. I november da jeg så U18 på Thorpe Arch var han nettopp tilbake etter vel et år ute. Naturlig nok tar det litt tid å komme tilbake etter slikt. Men han har klart det, og fikk spilletid også på U21 etter hvert i sesongen. Han har solid fysikk go er også hurtig.

Utakknemlig jobb, og det ble ikke flust med mål på Thomas for U21, men jeg syns han har tatt steg.

The versatile forward grabbed six goals and four assists in 18 Premier League 2 appearances last campaign, including an opening day hat-trick away at Brighton & Hove Albion and a well-taken brace on the road at Newcastle United.

Since joining the club, Luca's creativity has also seen the attacker supply a number of assists for his teammates in different competitions for the Whites.

Snowdon gjorde en ok jobb, men det var ikke bare-bare å skulle erstatte alle de som forsvant...

Snowdon has signed a one-year extension and will continue his footballing development with the Whites, which has so far seen him represent the Under-21s on a regular basis.

The 20-year-old, who can operate in a number of different positions across the midfield, has offered skill and versatility to the team since arriving in 2022.

Snowdon played 12 times in Premier League 2 last season, scoring four times. He also made a number of cup appearances and was crucial in supplying assists to his teammates as well.

Denne karen ser eg frem til å følge videre.
Han har vært kaptein og bærebjelke i U18-gjengen. Han kan være midtstopper og defensiv midtbane, men eg stiftet først bekjentskap med ham da han kom på U21 som venstreback. En posisjon U21 til tider har manglet folk i, og da var Toulson en naturlig spiller å ty til. Han played it safe i starten men eg har sett kvaliteter hos ham etter hvert.
En spennende kar som eg håper kan ta videre steg.

Det ble mange nye spillere for meg å bli kjent med på U18 forrige sesong. Chadwicks navn var der men det tok tid for meg å single ham ut. Midtbanespiller, mye brukt. Og det er stort sett det eg vet.
Verdt å merke seg er at han fikk toårskontrakt - ellers har eg vel bare sett ettårskontrakter på disse...

Chadwick was an integral part of Rob Etherington's Under-18s side that reached the FA Youth Cup final, notably grabbing a brace in the quarter-final victory over Liverpool, before again scoring at Elland Road as Leeds overcame Millwall in the final four.

The midfielder also started the last eight matches of the Under-21s' Premier League 2 campaign, impressing under boss Scott Gardner.

ALFIE CRESSWELL SIGNS PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT

Leeds United are pleased to announce Alfie Cresswell has signed a professional contract with the club.

The defender has agreed a three-year deal at Elland Road, committing his future until 2027.

Cresswell starred as a centre-half for Rob Etherington's Under-18s side in the league last season and played an instrumental part as the club reached the FA Youth Cup final.

Towards the end of the campaign, the 17-year-old made his Under-21s debut, helping Scott Gardner's side to wins over Derby County and Newcastle United in the Premier League 2.
