New Fosters Fan Zone
The new zone will bring the north-east corner to life...
Following the successful introduction of the revised fan zone inside the Gowing Law Pavilion last season and as part of our commitment to grow and improve the matchday experience for our supporters at home games we are set to launch a new Fosters Fan Zone in the North East Corner of Elland Road.
The North East corner of the stadium has recently seen visual improvements with the introduction of high profile graphics celebrating famous players from our history. Once again working in conjunction with Official Partner Heineken, the new Fosters Fan Zone will bring to life the North-East corner of the stadium transforming it into an exciting new area for supporters which will include four bars serving alcoholic, soft and hot drinks, food offerings and a stage for live music acts to perform.
Whilst the impressive new space will be outdoor there will also be plenty of room under cover allowing fans to enjoy the experience through any weather conditions.
The footfall in the Gowing Law Pavillion has grown significantly since last season’s renovations to now regularly attract upto 1,800 Leeds fans pre-match and this latest fan zone will give fans even more options on game day and improve the level of service we provide. The Fosters Fan Zone will be free to enter and is exclusively only available to home supporters.
The North East corner Fan Zone will open three hours before kick-off and supporters who sit in the North East corner can access the facility at half time, which will help to reduce queuing on the concourse, all are welcome to return to at full time.
Paul Bell, Executive Director said "We are delighted that we are able to offer our supporters a brand new facility to enjoy pre match at Elland Road. The improvements we made in the Gowinig Law Centenary Pavilion last season have proven extremely popular and we hope that this new facility will be equally well received and enjoyed by our fans. The facility will also be made available at half time to fans in the North East corner making it easier for fans in this part of the ground to purchase refreshments at half time."
The Fosters Fan Zone will officially open prior to our next home game with Burton Albion with a very special guest on hand to entertain our supporters.
