(.....) With time on his hands after retiring from professional football last season, it seems that one-time Leeds United striker Tore Andre Flo has taken up a new hobby.
Flo is one of the celebrity contestants on Skal vi Danse â€" translating as Shall We Dance? â€" which is Norway's answer to Strictly Come Dancing.
The odds on Flo winning the competition are shortening by the day, and he was quoted this week as saying: "The judges said I had great feet, which makes all my old team-mates laugh.'
It might also make Leeds United's physiotherapists chuckle.
In his 14 months at Leeds, the medical staff at Thorp Arch did little else but tend to Flo's feet.
He broke a bone in one foot after two appearances and required no fewer than two operations on a persistent injury which enforced his retirement in March of this year.
If he walks away from Skal vi Danse with a trophy under his arm, United's physios might feel entitled to a slice of the credit.
