Central defender Tom Lees has joined Accrington Stanley on loan.
The 18-year-old, who joined United's first team squad on the pre-season tour of Ireland during the summer, will join Accrington until January 2 on a loan basis.
Tom, who could make his debut for the League Two side in their JPT tie against Oldham Athletic on Tuesday, joins fellow United loan man Alan Martin at the Lancashire club.
United manager Simon Grayson said: "Tom did well when he was with the first team and showed that he was ready to make the step up to experience first team football.
"The move to Accrington will give him the opportunity to spend time in a first team environment and we will be keeping an eye on him."
