Also recalled are Mateus from Portuguese club Boavista and defender Marco Airosa, who plays for Fatima in the Portuguese second division.
Angola will play warm-up matches against a Canary Islands selection, Egypt and Morocco before they arrive in Ghana for the Nations Cup finals, which start on Jan. 20.
Angola are in Group D with Senegal, South Africa and Tunisia.

Rui blow for Leeds United

Leeds United are set to lose the services of Rui Marques after the defender was called up by Angola for the African Cup of Nations.
Leeds United are set to lose the services of Rui Marques after the defender was called up by Angola for the African Cup of Nations.
United received notification of Marques' selection earlier this week and Angola have requested that the centre-back is released on December 28, two days after Leeds' Boxing Day clash at Hartlepool United.
Marques is likely to depart England on January 5 at the latest and United, whose manager Dennis Wise today insisted the defender wished to remain at Elland Road to assist the club's fight for promotion from League One, are now set to renew their interest in Bolton's Lubomir Michalik.
The African Cup of Nations is due to begin in Ghana on January 20, with the final scheduled for February 10.
Michalik completed a short loan spell with Leeds last season and the Slovakian youngster is seen by Wise as an ideal replacement should Marques exit Elland Road next month. Leeds have former Newcastle United trainee Paul Huntington ready to step in, but the loss of Marques would break up one of the most reliable central defensive partnerships in their division.
United also confirmed today that midfielder Jonathan Douglas is facing a three month absence after injuring his knee at Walsall last weekend.
Douglas will be examined by a surgeon on Monday to determine whether he requires an operation but is unlikely to feature for Leeds until April at the earliest.
On-loan Leicester City striker Mark De Vries, meanwhile will spend the next four weeks on the sidelines after injuring his groin.

Marques Departure Finalised
Leeds have finalised the date for Rui Marques' departure for the African Cup of Nations next month.
The centre-back will link up with Angola after United's game at home to Northampton Town on January 5.
Marques said: "After the World Cup I didn't expect to be involved again. I'm happy I can be there but I'm sorry I'll be away from (Leeds) for a few games."

Rui: I'm no great loss for Leeds United

Rui Marques turned in a defensive masterclass to inspire Leeds United to a 1-0 victory over Bristol Rovers â€" and then insisted he would not be missed by the Elland Road club next month.
Marques will fly out of England a week on Sunday after Leeds agreed January 6th as the date for his departure to the African Cup of Nations, and the Angolan centre-back's uncompromising performance at Elland Road on Saturday confirmed his importance to manager Dennis Wise.
The 30-year-old defender contributed to a valuable clean sheet and left Leeds in a position to record their 10th home victory of the season after a tight encounter with Paul Trollope's men.
United needed an 84th-minute own goal, scored by defender Steve Elliott, to avoid a second successive league draw, but Marques' display left Wise to ponder the possible impact of his untimely exit next month.
Marques will not return to Leeds until the first week of February at the earliest, and he will remain in Ghana until after the final on February 10 if Angola reach the latter stage of the 2008 tournament.
But Marques said: "We have a good team, so it's not about me.
"I'm having a good time and I'm playing well, but there's a lot of potential in the group. I believe that we can keep doing well without me here.
"My head is here and on the job that we have to do, and it was a case of 'what am I going to do now?' It's a big decision, but I had to do it. If I'd said no to my country it might have been the last time they'd ask me to come. That was something I didn't want.
"We have the African Cup of Nations and we have the World Cup in two years' time, and I believe we'll have a chance to be there. If I can help my country I'll be happy."
Wise has dealt with the occasional loss of Jonathan Douglas to international duty this season, but the absence of Marques for around six weeks is a set-back which neither United's manager nor the defender had expected.
His surprised selection has heightened United's chase of Bolton's Lubomir Michalik, while Paul Huntington is waiting to see whether Wise will ask him to fill the gap created by Marques' call-up. Huntington watched from the bench on Saturday as Elliott's late intervention handed Leeds their victory. (...)

Sør-Afrika- Angola
Noen som ser denne?
Angola leder 1-0. Rui storspiller som stopper!
1-1 no
Kom igjen Rui!
Flott at Rui gjør en bra figur i Afrikamesterskapet.
RUI COME HOME!!

RUI COME HOME!!
