Diego Flores confirms Marcelo Bielsa will be in Sydney with Leeds United - Leeds Live
Leeds United assistant coach Diego Flores is due to face the press following his side's pre-season friendly with Manchester United.
Flores is standing in for head coach Marcelo Bielsa to run the rule over the 4-0 friendly defeat to Manchester United, as the club continued their pre-season preparations in the first match of their tour Down Under.
Leeds fell behind to an early Mason Greenwood goal, before Marcus Rashford doubled the Red Devils' advantage, just as Leeds began to grow into the game. Phil Jones added a third after the break when Manchester United made 11 changes at the break, with Anthony Martial netting a fourth from the penalty spot.

All over
Not quite the Bielsa blockbuster we were expecting, but in true Bielsa fashion we have been told he is busy doing his post-match analysis.

Concussion?
Yes and dizzy. Best decision was to keep him out and not take any risks.

Better with the other players here?
I think so, but for us the result is not the goal, it is the first match in the league, that’s part of the process. That’s why Marcelo chose the players he did.

Here's Flores
Thoughts on the performance?
Difficult match. They have different quality in players. They play better than us. We had some moments we couldn’t score, but at the end, they were superior to us.

Still waiting on Bielsa
Understand he’s still doing his post-match analysis. Diego Flores may be stepping into the breach.

Solskjaer finished - waiting on Bielsa
Hoping he does turn up. Not normally the second boss in.

Lukaku missed sessions
Missed two chances to play. Important to get everyone fit and they hope to have him back soon.
No suggestion he’s out of favour...

Do you just 'know' a Man Utd player when you see them?
He’s a natural. When he takes penalties and free-kicks with both feet, it’s what you call 50-50. You see a talented boy there who has every opportunity to make it as a Man Utd player. He’s going to grab his chance because he’s got everything he needs.

Solskjaer first
Asked about Greenwood.
We’ve been delighted with the goal he scores. Important for him to get that. Capable of goals like that. A weight off his shoulders. He’s going to be a very good player.
