Spot on mener nå jeg....
You really have to wonder what actually goes on in the Leeds United Board room when they come together to discuss the future of the club, increasing attendances and improving the squad. Bates said earlier in the month that we don't want ex-Premiership players that have high wages which have spent their time warming the bench or recovering from injury and we don't want Smith unless he takes a tenth of his current wage. Now we seem to be linked with a crock from Celtic that needs games to get fit whilst rejecting a move for Smith who would have come to Leeds for less than a 20th of his wage. I can't wait to see who we will bring in for £2500 a month (Paynter is on 5x that for god sake) before the window closes tomorrow night, like most others I can only see a disappointing conclusion for Leeds fans come Wednesday morning. Hopefully we can beat Birmingham to take our minds off the endless drivel that is spouted by the club while they try to convince us of their ambition to move us forward. Does anyone know what our true squad of players really is bearing in mind that amount of players that Grayson has fallen out with or are injured, I would take those players to be O'Brien, Connolly, Rachubka, Kisnorbo, Bruce, Bromby, Vayrynen, Paynter, Somma and Parker. These are on the payroll with the exception of Parker who is on loan (though we could still be paying him) so we actually have a squad of 17 players to pick from each week and that includes 3 goal keepers and 3 defenders so going back to my initial question what do they actually discuss as I cant believe improving the squad is one of them and as for improving attendances or public relations dont make me laugh.
