Monk on Liverpool: "We have to be honest, I'm really not focused on it.
GM on Liverpool: "It will be a big game when it comes around but we have 4 league games before then, my focus is on Burton."
Monk on prospect of facing Klopp: "I'll worry about that when it comes around. My focus is on Burton.
Monk: "The support at this club is phenomenal
Monk: "The group here is very competitive, I don't rely on 11 players, I rely on the group.
Monk: "It always produces confidence winning games and doing well
Monk on Charlie Taylor: "Charlie is a very important player for us and he will be very important for us going forward.
Monk: "Burton are a good team, they are playing well and they have had some good results.
Monk on Burton not winning away: "Those things change, we have to make sure it's not this weekend.
Monk on Coyle: "He tried to get back up but the decision was very clear.
Coyle has a knee injury and Monk said we are looking at "six to 12 weeks out
Dallas is "50-50" for the weekend but Hernandez definitely back in contention
It's a medial knee injury for Lewie Coyle, Monk "very disappointed" that he is facing six to 12 weeks out
Monk on league position: "We are in an okay position, not a great position, we need to try and get in a great position.
Monk on if Green is clear first choice: "It's not clear-cut, it's the same for all positions
Liam Bridcutt is expected to be back running on the grass during the international break (mid November)
Monk: "If we can get the players to fulfill their potential here then the sky is the limit. But this is a tough league.
Phil Hay:
From Monk's presser: Dallas is 50-50 for Saturday but Monk sounds like he's erring on the side of caution there. Hernandez is available.
Lewie Coyle has damaged medial knee ligament and is looking at 6-12 weeks out. Monk gave him credit for trying to come back on on Tuesday
Monk steadfastly refusing to talk about Liverpool away. Says Burton is "a big, big game for us".
Burton haven't won away from home this season but Monk said there'll be no complacency. "I always guard against that.
Monk was asked about fresh speculation re: Charlie Taylor. Said the club's position hasn't changed and expects Taylor to see out season here
On Silvestri, Monk said he doesn't want anyone to think of themselves as first-choice here
GM said Silvestri's reaction to being sent home from Ireland pre-season is why he's back in fold. "Sometimes you do things that test people"
