Jeg så denne nyheten på en bulletin på en buss stopp i Sverige fra TT i kveld. Dette er vel troverdig.
Er ikke dette klart nå?

Man kan lure mht dette sitatet:
Asked about the status of the deal, with the takeover still subject to EFL checks, Spieth said: "It's done. Myself and Justin (Thomas) with a minority stake. The 49ers beat my Cowboys every year, so if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!
Faktisk kan Spitz her ha lagt gullegget:
(men mest sannsynlig mente han at de to hadde nå klarert sitt inntog i konsortiumet mens Fowler droppet det siden vi rykket ned..)

The English Football League (EFL) has approved regulation amendments that means football clubs will not be allowed to announce takeovers that are subject to their approval.
Following an annual general meeting (AGM) in June, the EFL approved that clubs and their directors must not enter into any agreement pursuant to which a person or entity to acquire control, subject to league approval.
Clubs and directors also can’t announce that any such agreement has been concluded subject to the approval of the league.
This means that clubs announcing ‘subject to league approval’ in proposed takeovers will now be a breach of appendix three, rule 10.5.2.
Although there is no definitive sanction or punishment, those who breach the latest guidelines are likely to be issued a fine by the EFL.
It comes following the recent takeovers and/or stake purchases in EFL clubs across the football pyramid.
In June, Leeds United announced that Aser Ventures and 49ers Enterprises had reached an agreement for the purchase of the West Yorkshire side. However, the change in ownership is yet to be finalised at Elland Road.
Mike Danson completed a full takeover of Wigan Athletic on June 14 but the club announced 10 days before that the deal was subject to EFL approval.
In May, Birmingham City announced that two sale and purchase agreements (SPA) were subject to EFL approval. Both of these situated around American financier Tom Wagner agreeing to buy a 45.64 per cent stake in the Championship club.
On top of the latest developments around what clubs and directors cannot do around ownership announcements, the EFL announced in June new disqualifying conditions to toughen the rules of its owners’ and directors’ test.
EFL clubs voted to approve the regulation changes, which include banning individuals who are subject to sanctions.
The EFL will also prohibit ownership by state entities from countries which are sanctioned.
The 2023-24 Championship season begins on August 4 when Sheffield Wednesday take on Southampton, while League One and League Two fixtures begin the day after.
