Leeds United have offered Arsenal target Lewis Cook a new Elland Road contract, according to the Daily Star.
The highly-rated youngster has taken the Championship by storm since being handed his Leeds debut back in August.
And after 22 impressive performances so far this season, some of the Premier League clubs were hotly tipped to come calling for the 17-year-old.
But Leeds are eager for Cook to remain with them as part of his development and have offered him an improved £4,000-a-week deal in an attempt to fend off interest from the top-flight’s elite.
But Leeds president Massimo Cellino is aware that he will be powerless to keep the youngster at the club if an official bid is made by one of the big-guns, and has slapped a whopping £10m price tag on Cook just in case.
Liverpool and Man United are also rumoured to be interested.
