Take Over'en - det er den eg venter på no slik at vi kan få things moving, både inn og ut...
Men når vil det skje???
Noen kloke sjeler på waccoe har sammenlignet litt:
It took 2 months for Birmingham takeover from may when there announced takeover agreement to today when efl ratified takeover
.....
From a quick look online the Huddersfield takeover was announced 23rd March and then he was approved 22nd June. Our takeover was announced 9th June does that mean we're still weeks away?
...
Phil Hay's view:
How much of a threat do the EFL pose to us? Without going too tin-foil hat: we announced Daniel Farke before the 49ers were cleared and (the takeover) still hasn’t happened. Assuming we can’t sign anyone until they’re approved? They couldn’t delay it a few weeks to f*** our window up. Could they? (JG H)
What Farke’s appointment demonstrates is that Leeds are able to make major calls even while the buy-out is pending. Likewise, the outgoing transfers of Diego Llorente, Brenden Aaronson and Robin Koch, with others to come. By the same token, they are working to recruit players, too (and they brought in Nick Hammond to help make that happen). The sensible scenario would be for the takeover to be finalised before incoming transfers are completed, particularly those which rely on immediate injections of cash from the new ownership, but the reality is that the start of the season is just around the corner now — hence why Leeds bit the bullet with Farke. Signings are evidently needed.
In no way could you paint the state of play as ideal, but the thing that should be remembered is that Radrizzani and 49ers Enterprises did not actually have a post-relegation takeover deal in place until June 9. That’s a month ago. So while everyone wants the EFL to ratify the purchase at the first opportunity, it’s not as if the buy-out has been on its desk for an eternity.
Oh, I’ve missed the EFL conspiracy theories. Nothing says “back in the Championship” quite like questions asking how Leeds might get stitched up by the authorities.
The ideal scenario for 49ers Enterprises was that its takeover was approved before it had to make any major strategic decisions, such as appointing a head coach. It’s patently better to make those calls once full ownership is yours. As it stands, Andrea Radrizzani is still technically chairman and 49ers Enterprises does not have authority as outright owner. That won’t come until the takeover goes through.
In practice, though, Radrizzani is off running Sampdoria and Marathe and others in the 49ers’ group are effectively in charge at Elland Road. They handled the interview process for Leeds’ new head coach and made the final decision to appoint Farke last week. While Radrizzani’s approval is officially needed, all sides accept that formalities are the only thing holding up the sale of the club.

Så hva vil skje, gjør de som mht manager og ordner det via Radrizzani, eller er man sta og avventer (Farkes post match kommentarer i går tyder vel på det siste...)
