It's Leeds against the World once again - Bring It On!
With less than 48 hours until the race for automatic promotion from League One is decided, Bristol Rovers boss Paul Trollope has revealed that Leeds again find themselves up against the collective which is the 'Football League family'.
Three years ago the club were infamously docked fifteen points when exiting Administration on the eve of their debut season in the division. The unprecedented action was subsequently backed by an overwhelming majority of Football League clubs at a specially convened meeting.
On Saturday the Whites can catapult themselves back into the Championship with victory over the Pirates at Elland Road. However, faltering Rovers are far from alone in their bid to halt the promotion party, having been inundated with intelligence from numerous other clubs desperate to prevent Leeds leaving the division.
Speaking to the club's official website 'Trolls' confirmed: 'We have received more help this week from other teams than we have ever received, which is great. We have had an influx of information, dvds and reports, which can only help us.'
Unfortunately for Rovers they will be on their own when they take to the field on Saturday, reeling from a run which has seen them collect just one point and four defeats from their last five games.
Once again it seems it's all eyes on Leeds this Saturday. Time to add the perfect finish to a memorable season for Simon Grayson's charges. Destiny is calling - AS LEEDS GO MARCHING ON...
