Sinisterra, jeg trengte å finne ut mer om ham (det gjelder kanskje flere..):
More from the article in the Dutch paper:
Sinisterra, bought by Martin van Geel, has become an absolute hit at Feyenoord. In the past season, he scored 23 goals in all competitions in total. He was discovered as a youth player by Feyenoord, partly thanks to excellent detective work by scout Steven Aptroot who made good discoveries especially in South America but later had to make way under the reign of Frank Arnesen to his disappointment. At Feyenoord, he was prepared with a good plan for the first team, where he also suffered a serious cruciate ligament injury. That was not only for the footballer himself but also a huge downer for Dick Advocaat, who could not use him for a year. With Sinisterra, Advocaat would have had many more goals and assists in his team that year.
The come-back of the now 23-year-old player after that injury is all the more remarkable and shows his perseverance. Sinisterra was crucial for the team in almost all European matches. Physically, he has progressed by leaps and bounds and Arne Slot has contributed to the left winger excelling with his attacking style. Slot knew exactly how to get the very best out of Sinisterra and so he also deserves the credit if Feyenoord in the next 24 hours a super prize for the player is going to be awarded.
