The Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla will receive a clean-sheet bonus despite conceding the controversial goal to Albert Adomah in his side’s acrimonious 1-1 draw with Aston Villa last weekend. As a result of the complex and lucrative deal that brought the 32-year-old to Leeds on a free transfer from Real Madrid in January, Casilla is the only member of the squad who has a clean-sheet bonus in his contract. Casilla has kept five clean sheets this season for Leeds, who will pay him for a sixth after Marcelo Bielsa, the club’s head coach, instructed his players to allow Villa to walk the ball into the net.
