The cup is ended. Shed a tear.
It's over for another year.

Just fifteen minutes and it's gone .
The scoreline 2-0 to West Brom.
It finished 3-1 in the end -
Enough to drive you round the bend.

The ref has a whistle,
The linesmen flaggies.
But we have nothing
On those Baggies.

There's the odd moment on the day,
But nothing seems to fall our way.
That said it could've been much worse
Had our 'keeper not made them curse.

So join with me and shed a tear
It's over for another year.
Or for ten months as we seem bound
To have to enter in t'first round
