Phil Hay sin rangering:
Rob Green - Faced a series of one-on-ones and came out on top in all but the first of them. Has changed perceptions of his goalkeeping massively this season. 8/10
Lewie Coyle - Tunnicliffe gave him a going-over in the first half but Coyle found his feet in the second and was a threat down the right. 6/10
Kyle Bartley - A few too many errors and misjudgements, as has been the case in the past month, but over the course of the season he’s been the epitome of a captain. 5/10
Luke Ayling - Charlie Taylor’s refusal to play won’t have helped with the defensive planning and Ayling was at sixes and sevens to begin with. Caught out for Wigan’s goal. 5/10
Gaetano Berardi - Didn’t get the goal the away end were willing him to score but gave a typical Berardi performance and will be key again next term. 7/10
Ronaldo Vieira - A mixed bag. Some excellent distribution and some poor passes, one of which almost gifted Omar Bogle a winning goal. Still, some debut year from him. 6/10
Eunan O’Kane - His bursts from midfield were evident again, drawing the foul for the penalty, and Leeds really could have made more of that side of his game in recent weeks. 7/10
Kemar Roofe - A little like Leeds themselves. Did nothing much before half-time but was twice the player afterwards, striking the bar and going close with a header. 6/10
Pablo Hernandez - Interesting to see if he sticks around next season. Always probing and pushing with his passing but is under far too much pressure to create. 6/10
Stuart Dallas - Came into his own in the 20 minutes after the interval but hasn’t played like that often enough and didn’t in the first half. 6/10
Chris Wood - Bagged his 30th goal, as he deserved to do, and this performance was a replica of so many others in the past nine months. Must be kept. 7/10
Substitutes:
Alfonso Pedraza (for Hernandez, 63) - There is, undoubtedly, some promise there but he’ll head back to Spain now without a final-day flourish behind him. 6/10
Hadi Sacko (for Dallas, 70) - Classic Sacko. Put some pressure on down the right wing but couldn’t do anything with his possession. 5/10
Kalvin Phillips (for Vieira, 77) - After a period of Leeds dominance, the game grew very scrappy towards the end. Phillips couldn’t change that. 5/10
Subs (not used): Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Tyler Denton, Marcus Antonsson, Souleymane Doukara.
Referee: Scott Duncan (Northumberland) - A bit inconsistent with yellow cards and penalty decisions but not a bad showing. 6/10
Attendance: 15,280
