En av gamlegutta våre, Micky Gray, har troen på at Leeds kan overraske - såpass at de kan være med i kampen om den siste CL-plassen

The Whites secured promotion to the Premier League last term to end 16 years of exile of from the top-flight thanks to the ingenuity of Marcelo Bielsa.
Leeds United fans could be celebrating Champions League football in 2021
Under the tutelage of ‘El Loco’, the Yorkshire giants play an exciting brand of football which can prove relentless for opposition players.
While it is unclear just how far they will go now they are back in the Premier League, the signs are promising.
Having already signed Rodrigo and Robin Koch, Bielsa is keen to press ahead for more new recruits – Rangers midfielder Ryan Kent is a reported target.
And, whilst speaking on talkSPORT’s Sports Bar, Sunderland hero Gray – who spent two separate loan spells at Leeds – insists Champions League football could well be on the way back to Elland Road if the Whites can continue their positive summer spending.
The record-breaking signing of Rodrigo from Valencia is a serious statement of intent
“Well, what I would say to you right now off the top of my head is – without even thinking – is there is one [Champions League] place left,” he told Sports Bar co-host Adam Catterall.
“Liverpool, City and Chelsea… and then there is one left.
“Arsenal have strengthened; they looked really, really good against Liverpool [in the Community Shield] and won the FA Cup where the played very well against Chelsea.
“Now, they are not going away, and I have said in the last couple of shows that Arsenal are chasing down that top four.
“Tottenham are getting stronger, I don’t if they are getting strong enough. Everton are going to be knocking on the door, I don’t think they are good enough to finish in the top four.
“And then you’re going to have the likes of Wolves, Leicester City and a couple of others.
“Watch out for Leeds United, I swear. They are going to be the surprise package.”
