United planning for League One
Leeds' management team are working frantically behind the scenes in preparation for next season's League One promotion bid.
Manager Dennis Wise, assistant Gus Poyet and technical director Gwyn Williams have all been looking at potential new signings despite the club currently being in administration.
Williams told Yorkshire Radio: "We've done the pre-season fixtures now and put those in place, and Dennis, Gus and I have been looking at players.
"It's difficult because we're in administration and therefore we have to wait, but we've been doing a lot, particularly during the latter part of last season because we knew we had a number of players whose contracts were coming to an end.
"We've been looking at replacements, making enquiries, and are looking at what we can and can't do. We've been laying the foundations and getting things ready."
Leeds have so far released seven players - Ian Moore, Hayden Foxe, Robbie Elliott, Neil Sullivan, Stephen Crainey, Armando Sa and Sam Hird - but hope Rui Marques, Matt Heath and Tore Andre Flo all accept new deals.
