Elliott: Leeds are still massive
Hartlepool's Robbie Elliott is convinced Leeds will target an instant return to the Championship despite their 15-point deduction.

The 33-year-old defender was released by Leeds in July and snapped up by Pools boss Danny Wilson, who takes his high-flying side to Elland Road on Saturday.

Elliott told the Hartlepool Mail: "I said at the start of the season that we shouldn't let Leeds fool anyone. They will be targeting automatic promotion - even with the points deduction.

"This is a match that the lads here fully deserve. It's a great challenge with the side Leeds have and the crowd, but I'm sure the lads will respond in the right way. Everyone is looking forward to it.

"There's been a few changes (at Leeds), but the backbone of the club is still there. I can't say a bad word about them, they are a massive club.

"What has happened to them in the past has gone now. I'm sure they will eventually get back to where they belong."

Det var fine ord, men regner med at til lørdag vil ikke godeste Elliott være like nådig. Hartlepool blir en svært tøff motstander!

Nææ, tror Leeds vinner ganske greit.
