La gå at det er en sensasjonsavis og alt det der, jeg tviler likevel på at Neil er feilsitert her.

By Jeremy Cross, Chief Sports Writer / Published 16th February 2016 Redfearn was sacked by Leeds at the end of last season despite keeping them in the Championship.
Now he has lifted the lid on his time working under Cellino and described the situation as ridiculous.
During his spell in charge, Redfearn has revealed how he had to put up with the controversial Italian meddling in first team affairs, telling him which stars to pick, sacking his partner and fellow employee Lucy Ward and offering his old job back as academy director on a different contract.
Redfearn told Radio Yorkshire: "We were aware of what was going on at the club, but there was little we could do about it.
"I just tried to immerse myself in the players and help them develop. We had these young players coming in who were infectious, they had a different mentality and it made others want to play.
"The redundancy process when Massimo Cellino came in wasn't done well. It was a tatty process.
“Leeds United is my club. If I got the chance to go back I would take it, but obviously the circumstances would have to changeâ€
Neil Redfearn
"Football works differently in this country. The view of how it works in Italy and over here are poles apart.
"That's what has been difficult for Massimo Cellino to come to terms with. It just doesn't work the same over here. That's what people have picked up on.
"Interference happened. He was President and thought he was within his rights to do it."
Redfearn admits Cellino told him not to keep picking Italian striker Mirco Antenucci because if he scored a certain number of goals it would trigger a 12 month contract extension.
He said: "Antanucci deserved to come back into the side. The fact he would earn another year on his contract if he scored a certain number of goals is neither here nor there, that's the club's problem and they shouldn't have agreed that deal with him in the first place.
"At the end of the day the powers that be put me in charge of the team and that involves me picking the best one - which is what I did.
"If it came down to me doing my best for Leeds United or doing my best for the board, it would always be Leeds United. That was my job.
The final straw for Redfearn came last April when club bosses suspended his assistant Steve Thompson - just weeks after he had been appointed.
Thompson was sent a letter informing him of the decision and club bosses insisted it was because he had had a fall-out with the then sporting director Nicola Salerno, a close associate of Cellino's.
But Redfearn insists this is a mistake and he said: "Steve Thompson did nothing wrong. Absolutely nothing wrong.
"The club made up stories for whatever reason. To have a go at Steve or fabricate the situation.
"It was probably to undermine me. On the morning Steve got his letter he was shocked. I rang people and they blamed each other. I knew something was going on.
"Steve is one of the most amiable and good people you will come across, so I knew full well the story that was made up was made up. All it did was galvanise the players to do well for themselves.
"It worked in our favour in a way. Steve was part of what was good at the club."
Redfearn also believes club bosses were behind a stunt that saw six of his first team stars pull out of a game at Charlton just 24 hours before kick-off, claiming they were injured.
He insists Cellino treats people like dirt and that he would only go back to work at Elland Road if the millionaire businessman was no longer involved.
He added: "There have been other people sacked by the club to undermine me, like Lucy, my partner. It's ridiculous.
"For six of them to be injured, well...
"They kept coming in on the Friday and it got to the stage where some of the academy staff were taking bets on who would be next.
"It became a ridiculous state of affairs. But it had a got so close to the time we need to depart to Charlton that there was not a lot I could do about it.
"It was really disappointing. It was at the time when Massimo Cellino was banned and I wasn't supposed to speak to him.
"It was a freakish set of events. Six players injured in two days? I don't think they were, but it can't be proven. Once a player goes to the medical staff you have to take them at face value.
"You have to have people pulling in the same direction and you have to be left alone to manage.
"I knew the writing was in the wall, but it was important for me to see the season through with as much dignity as possible, for the sake of the supporters.
"I genuinely believe if I'd been left in charge it would have been the start of something good. I put a lot of hard work in, along with other people and there was light at the end of the tunnel with a lot of the young players coming through.
"Leeds United is my club. If I got the chance to go back I would take it, but obviously the circumstances would have to change."
Leeds are aware of Redfearn's allegations and have refrained from commenting.
