His movement to get into positions and create space is the sign of a promising striker and he appears to have the finishing to match.

The biggest part of the deal is symbolic. Would Leeds have been able to sign Temenuzkhov a year ago?
Only the focus on youth from new owner Andrea Radrizzani and right hand man Ivan Bravo has led to renewed investment from the Whites in their academy, as they seek to build a club which can deliver sustained success now and in years to come.
Temenuzkhov has a strong chance of being a success, but all young players are a gamble and even if he does not, the very fact Leeds were willing to and able to make such a move is a very exciting indicator for the direction of the club.
