Cody Drameh and Crysencio Summerville were great together down the right flank for Leeds' U23s last season. Seems like more of the same this year.

Drameh an excellent carrier, weightless going forward. Summerville a wriggler, impossible to handle.

Good run-out for the U23s. This season will be a very stern test for them & they might be a touch light on numbers assuming those who didn't feature today are departing (notably Huggins & Kamwa). Fortunately some good U18s coming through, particularly Allen & Dean. #lufc

I guess you'd also expect the likes of Roberts, Poveda, Shackleton, Koch & Struijk to feature for the U23s on & off this season too depending on injuries/suspensions etc. Then there's the likes of Bate & McGurk who may well skip the U18s & head straight for the U23s. #lufc

One question remains regarding who will be our starting left-back. As it stands it seems as though it might be Liam McCarron but he took a knock today & had to be withdrawn. Taylor Ragan the next left-back down the ranks but we might well recruit a new one. #lufc

Yes its only preseason & yes with the greatest respect it's Guiseley but Impressive performance by an U'19s Leeds team(bar McCarron/Forshaw).Gelhardt Cresswell Summerville stood out.Fantastic to see Forshaw get minutes.The 23s where also missing Bate McGurk Spencer & Hughes tooDizzy symbol

Gelhardt knock
Joe Gelhardt's withdrawal around the 50-minute mark appeared precautionary more than anything, with the youngster taking a whack before hitting the turf.

He appeared a little dazed as he walked from the field, but was able to carry his weight on the leg that was troubling him.

He will be assessed by Rob Price and the Leeds United medical staff to see how severe the knock is, and when he will be able to play again.

The hope is that it is nothing serious, so that he can feature some more in Leeds' pre-season matches.
