TRIALIST SET FOR THORP ARCH OUTING
Argentine defender Walter Garcia will feature in a behind-closed-doors game for Leeds United against Middlesbrough on Tuesday.
The South American parted company with New York Red Bulls earlier this year and has been training with United on a trial basis.
The 25-year-old has played club football in Argentina, Russia, Italy, Uruguay, and the US, and joined United for training at Thorp Arch last week.
United manager Simon Grayson confirmed: "Walter is a player we've been made aware of. He's been training with us and he'll play in the game against Middlesbrough."
