GRAYSON EXPECTS AN ACTIVITY DAY
United manager Simon Grayson is predicting some activity for the club on transfer deadline day, but doesn't yet know how much.
Grayson expects to add at least one more new face to his squad before Tuesday's 6pm deadline and admits players could yet move in the opposite direction.
He has admitted he is on the hunt for an additional midfielder while he also has three transfer-listed players of his own.
"We're working hard and will do right up to the deadline," he said.
"We're always speaking to agents, clubs, and players and we will see what happens.
"You know me in that I don't like talking about things, but I would think there's a chance something will happen before the deadline.
"We're always looking for players who can improve what we have and it may be that we add to the squad.
"In terms of of outgoings, we will see what happens on that front as well."
