Skal ikke akkurat prate opp min kjennskap til disse spillerne (den har jeg gained i ettermiddag/kveld), men syns han karen her formulerer ting bra - og edruelig:
What we've done is actually try to improve the starting eleven. It's a high risk strategy, but I'm quite pleasantly surprised. People can say 'we should have signed cover for Wood and the CBs' until they're blue in the face, and they'd be right - but surely signing two really rated attacking players is far more exciting and more potential to actually improve the team isn't it? I mean we're really banking on Wood and Jansson staying fit now, but if they do......
We don't know how Pedraza will do. He looks really good, he sounds really good. In the videos he looks quite big and strong, and seems to be playing up front. He has real pedigree, but he's a kid from Spain coming over to a new country and he might do well or sink without a trace. Remember when everyone was masturbating furiously over Fulham signing Jozabed, he did nowt. So it's a risk, but knowing how Clotet has gone about things do far, a very calculated one.
and he looks like he might be superb. Remember when we last had 'proper' wingers in Snodgrass and Gradel? I'm excited. Let's just hope Wood doesn't get crocked any time soon.
