Det vedlegget fra i formiddag var visst noe som stammet fra eierskiftet i desember. Petter-Andre etter å ha undersøkt litt:

My understanding based on a conversation just now with a previous employee from D&B, is that they will not send out anything unless it is public on Companies House.

This relates only to the ownership change back in December, which just means ESL no longer is the parent company (in majority control).

Har forstått det slik at Radrizzani vil ha GFH helt ut. Han vil betale dem ut av avtalen som de har med Cellino (Leeds) med en gang.
Dette er ikke GFH veldig interessert i i og med at de da vil tape fremtidige renter for 12 år fremover. Det er jo dette banker lever av.
GFH kan ikke stoppe 100% takeover på noe vis.

Takeover completed.

Andrea Radrizzani has completed his takeover of Leeds United.

Radrizzani, who purchased 50% of the club in January, has acquired the remaining 50% stake from Massimo Cellino and in doing so takes full control of the club.

Andrea Radrizzani said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to become a custodian of this great football club.

“The heritage and history of Leeds United attracted me to the club and having spent time at games and at Thorp Arch, I can see that we are ready to move forward to the next level.

“This is a long-term commitment, there is a lot of hard work ahead of us and I am aware of my responsibilities as owner of Leeds United.

“I can assure all supporters that everyone at this club will be doing all we can to build a successful team at Elland Road.”

Andrea Radrizzani also becomes chairman of Leeds United with immediate effect.

Banks var en av frontfigurene i TTGM og hadde innledende møter med Andrea bl.a. (da han ble joint owner), Twitrer en del og poster innimellom på waccoe

We're on the brink of something pretty big. Plans for a hugely revamped exec team, key appointments that will help drive the club forward and big developments coming on ER and training complex.

Fortsatt en fornøyelse å Google navnet Andrea Radrizzani. Det meste han tar i blir til gull kan det virke som. Og absolutt ingen skandaler å oppdrive. Rett og slett en seriøs og profesjonell wonderboy vår nye eier.  :)

Ja. Han har penger etter aksjesalg i mp og Silva. ~2-3 x det Cellino hadde. Desto viktigere har han evne til å få klubben i pluss. Dessuten har han kontakter i Asia med utrolig store lommebøker.

Han har penger nok.

Det er jo lettere å få klubben i pluss nå enn i 2014. Omsetning og kostnader har gått riktig vei med Cellino. Men du må gjerne kreditere Radrizzani for overskudd ved neste regnskap. Han kan mer om TV-inntekter enn cellino.
