Manageren forteller at Ward var den som kom ført til trening og gikk gjerne sist av.

Men det er supportere som ikke syntes han var så god hadde det ikke vært for at han scoret mot Southampton.  Ellers ville han fått endel mobbing fra fansen.

Det gjør jo ikke noe. VI er jo et av de største navnene i engelsk fotball og spillere som ikke spiller gratis for Leeds er griske og slike vil vi ikke ha.

Har ikke sett han spille på lenge, men for et par år siden var Danny Shittu outstanding, for Nigeria vel og merke. Representerer vel mye av det vi mangler baki forsvaret. Ellers hadde jo en spissrekke bestående av Rodallega, Drogba og Pogrebnyak vært spennende

Ellers kunne kanskje spillere som Zac Withbread (Norwich), Andy Johnsen (Fulham), James McFadden (Everton) og Somen Tchoyi vært interessante og realistiske.

Ser at Somen A Tchoyi er noen som kan hentes gratis. Det jeg har sett av han så er han en god midtbanespiller som har fått for lite spilletid i West Bromwich. Kunne vært noe å hente til Leeds?

Spilte også ganske bra i Salzburg og var altfor god for Tippeligaen når han spilte for Stabæk (her kan vi dog nevne mange som har herjet i TL og floppet i NPC/PL)

He played only 11 times for Sunderland during the recent Premier League campaign but enjoyed an impressive resurgence under Martin O’Neill during the closing weeks of the season.

Speculation on Wearside, however, suggests O’Neill will look to move Kilgallon on this summer with his contract entering its final year.

Warnock has remained a huge fan of the Libyan, however, and, flush with cash as the takeover of Leeds nears completion, is now in a position to sign El-Sheit.

You have to wonder about the player’s ambition of course, when he prefers to play for a struggling team like Leeds rather than grab the opportunity of playing in the Premiership with West Ham. It’s all very well for his agent to claim that Leeds are “a huge club with a fantastic history and immense potential” but they are, when all is said and done, a Championship club.

As for Warnock, you can bet your life that he is grinning like a Cheshire cat at the thought of pissing on West Ham’s parade. But at the end of the day Toat El-Sheit is a Libyan, not a Brazilian, and so we shouldn’t shed any tears quite yet.

Meanwhile, that take-over still hasn’t happened so Leeds fans shouldn’t get too cocky. Toat El-Sheit may be a sign of things to come at Leeds, as Master Bates will no doubt tell us, or could just be a flash in the pan. We will see.
