berlin

Blir ellers spennende nå. To bortekamper på rappen for Leeds, begge litt nord for London.

1 Forest       pld 30  gd 29  pts 57
2 Doncaster  pld 30  gd 23  pts 56
3 Swansea   pld  29  gd 23  pts 55
4 Leeds       pld  31  gd 30  pts 51
5 Carlisle     pld  29  gd 12  pts 48

Who knows, midjo?

So-called Leedsfans, so-called Leedsfans, so-called Leedsfans - We are here....

berlin

League One preview
Wise eyes place in the top two

Leeds could move into second place in League One if they record a victory away to Luton on Saturday.
Three points would see Dennis Wise's side climb three places in the table after Carlisle and Doncaster slipped to defeats on Friday.
Elsewhere, the league's bottom two sides go head-to-head as Port Vale take on Bournemouth.
And Swindon will hope to continue their push towards the play-off places when they travel Crewe.
Meanwhile, Yeovil travel to Tranmere and Walsall host Gillingham.

League One round-up
Martinez's men enjoy 11-point lead

Swansea stretched their lead at the top of the League One table to 11 points as they recorded a comprehensive away victory over Doncaster.
Roberto Martinez's enjoy a comfortable lead at the league's summit as fellow promotion rivals Carlisle and Leyton Orient slumped to defeat.
Carlisle maintained their miserable away form as they suffered as one goal was enough to hand Cheltenham the points, while Orient were comprehensively beaten by Northamton

Cheltenham 1 Carlisle Utd 0
Carlisle manager John Ward suffered defeat on his return to Cheltenham as a solitary strike from Stephen Gillespie was enough to earn the points at Whaddon Road.
The victory means that Cheltenham have now won their last four games as they attempt to move away from the danger zone at the bottom of the table.
Gillespie was on hand to prod home on 20 minutes after Michael D'Agostino had done well to create the opportunity.
Carlisle introduced all three of their substitutes in the second half as they attempted to salvage a point, but an equaliser proved out of reach for former Cheltenham boss Ward.

Doncaster 0 Swansea City 4
Doncaster suffered a humbling home defeat as Swansea stretched their lead at the top of the table.
Swansea started with a spark and Ferry Bodde opened the scoring on 28 minutes as he blasted a free-kick past Neil Sullivan in the Doncaster goal.
Guillem Bauza then netted on 52 minutes when he latched onto a Jason Scotland cross to slot home form six yards.
Six minutes later things got worse for Doncaster as Stephen Roberts was sent off for hauling down Bauza.
Scotland then added a third from the penalty spot with four minutes remaining after Matthew Mills brought down Febian Brandy.
And deep into injury time Brandy, who is on loan from Manchester United, completed the rout.

Northampton 2 Leyton Orient 0
Leyton Orient slipped to defeat to Northampton as they failed to maintain the pace at the top of the table.
Giles Coke scored his first goal for Northampton on 14 minutes when he latched on to a flick-on from Poul Hubertz to run beyond the Leyton Orient defence and fire in.
And Hubertz then made the points safe 12 minutes from time as he slotted home from the spot after Jason Crowe had been brought down in the 18-yard area by Charlie Daniels.

Kamper 2/2:

League One round-up
Swans march on as Rovers crush Lions

Swansea remain 10 points clear at the top after seeing off Oldham, Doncaster stay in second while Carlisle have moved third.
The Swans left it late before securing a 2-1 win over The Latics while Doncaster brushed aside Millwall at The Den.
Carlisle came from a goal down to beat Walsall, although Leeds dropped out of the play-offs after losing at home to Tranmere.
At the foot of the table Bournemouth closed to within a point of Crewe while strugglers Port Vale and Luton both lost on their travels.

Bournemouth 2 Nottm Forest 0
Nottingham Forest lost ground on the leading duo after slipping to a surprise 2-0 defeat to lowly Bournemouth. Sam Vokes was the hero with a quick-fire first-half brace to sink Colin Calderwood's men on the South Coast.

Brighton 3 Crewe 0
Crewe are now just a point above the drop zone after losing 3-0 at Brighton. Glenn Murray struck in the 23rd and 45th minutes with Guy Butters' effort just before half-time helping clinch the win.

Bristol Rovers 3 Port Vale 2
Bristol Rovers twice fought back from a goal down before securing a late 3-2 victory over luckless Port Vale. Paul Harsley's penalty opened the scoring for Vale, but their lead lasted just a minute as Danny Coles supplied a swift response. Keith Lowe restored the visitors' lead, but the home side stuck twice late on to cap a remarkable turnaround. Chris Lines levelled matters before Richard Lambert's late penalty settled the contest. Things went from bad to worse for Vale when Chris Herd saw red in injury time for collecting a second booking.

Carlisle 2 Walsall 1
Carlisle have moved third in the table after coming from a goal down to see off follow promotion hopefuls Walsall. Lee Holmes gave The Saddlers a 23rd minute led, but Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's penalty ten minutes later restored parity. With the game in the balance in the second half Danny Graham's 75th minute effort gave The Cumbrians the points.

Gillingham 0 Cheltenham 0
Cheltenham picked up another point in their quest against the drop after securing a goalless draw against Gillingham.

Hartlepool 4 Luton 0
Hartlepool pilled the pressure on relegation-threatened Luton with a 4-0 hammering at Victoria Park. The Hatters only trailed at half-time courtesy of Richard Barker's 30th minute penalty. But a spell of three goals in 12 second half minutes confirmed the win. On-loan Alan Thompson, Joel Porter and Barker again all scored to wrap up the emphatic win for the North East club.

Leeds 0 Tranmere 2
Leeds' spell under Gary McAllister began on a sour note after they slipped to a 2-0 defeat to in-form Tranmere at Elland Road. Despite a string of new faces on show for Leeds it proved a familiar result as their poor form continued. Jennison Myrie-Williams' effort broke the deadlock in the second half before former Leeds man Ian Moore on his second debut for Tranmere sealed the win.

Leyton Orient 2 Southend 2
Leyton Orient twice battled from a goal down to claim a 2-2 draw at home to Southend. Adam Boyd's penalty cancelled out Lee Barnard's opener and they needed a late effort from Jabo Ibehre to nullify Peter Clarke's second half effort that looked like being the winner at Brisbane Road.

Millwall 0 Doncaster 3
Doncaster responded from their home pasting by Swansea last week with a fine 3-0 win over Millwall. Jason Price's goal on the stroke of half-time gave them a priceless lead before wrapping up the win late on. James Coppinger doubled their advantage on 77 minutes before Paul Green's last-gasp effort added the icing on the cake.

Swansea 2 Oldham 1
Runaway leaders Swansea survived a scare against Oldham before running out 2-1 winners. Gary McDonald's own goal put Robert Martinez's side ahead in the 67th minute. However, the visitors replied with Craig Davies slotting home from 12 yards out. However, with just five minute left on-loan Fabien Brandy from Manchester United secured Swansea's eighth straight League One home win.

Swindon 1 Northampton 1
In-form Northampton needed a late goal to claim a 1-1 draw at Swindon. Blair Sturrock's 56th minute effort looked like giving The Robins the win before Adebayo Akinfenwa's late effort snatched a draw for The Cobblers.

Yeovil 0 Huddersfield 2
Goals from Luke Beckett and Michael Collins either side of half-time saw Huddersfield Town claim a 2-0 win over Yeovil that see them move to within a point of The Glovers.

League One round-up
Swans and Donny march on; Leeds and Forest draw

Swansea continued their devastating title charge with a 1-0 win over plucky Walsall at the Liberty Stadium.
The hard-fought win keeps the Swans eight points clear of second placed Doncaster who ran out 2-0 winners at Bournemouth.
Leeds and Nottingham Forest played out a 1-1 draw at Elland Road as both sides continue their promotion challenges.
Port Vale look certainties for the drop after they relinquished a 2-0 lead at Hartlepool - eventually losing 3-2.
Cheltenham remain in trouble after they were hammered 3-0 at Swindon.

Bournemouth 0 Doncaster 2
Doncaster notched up their fourth successive win to keep their promotion challenge on track after they beat 10-man Bournemouth 1-0 at the Fitness First Stadium. Jason Price looped an early header home after an error from home keeper Gareth Stewart. Sean Cooper was sent off for two yellow cards on 40 minutes and Price sealed the win with 20 minutes remaining following good work from Richard Wellens.

Brighton 0 Tranmere 0
Brighton and Tranmere played out a bore draw at the Withdean Stadium as the visitors extended their unbeaten league run to six games. The draw keeps Rovers in a play-off spot.

Bristol Rovers 1 Oldham 0
Craig Disley broke Oldham hearts with a stoppage time winner at the Memorial Stadium. The defeat comes as a huge blow to Oldham's promotion hopes while Rovers move further away from the drop zone.

Carlisle 2 Huddersfield 1
Goals from Danny Livesey and Danny Graham maintained Carlisle's strong promotion challenge as they saw off Huddersfield at Brunton Park. Robert Page pulled a goal back for the Terriers but it proved too little, too late.

Hartlepool 3 Port Vale 2
A remarkable comeback from Hartlepool saw them hit back from 2-0 down to beat Port Vale at Victoria Park. On loan midfielder Chris Herd scored a first-half brace as Vale raced into an early lead. The turning point of the match came when Krystian Pearce was sent off for two yellow cards with an hour played. Richie Barker struck his first on 68 minutes, Anthony Sweeney equalised with three minutes remaining before Barker grabbed the points late on.

Leeds 1 Nottingham Forest 1
Jermaine Beckford struck home his 17th goal of the season to rescue a point for Leeds against Forest at Elland Road. Julian Bennett gave the visitors the lead when he thundered home a header from a Kris Commons cross on 69 minutes. Nathan Tyson could have sealed the win soon after but he was denied by a superb save from Casper Ankergren before Beckford slotted in the equaliser from the penalty spot after Wes Morgan was adjudged to have fouled Tresor Kandol.

Leyton Orient 0 Crewe 1
A first half Nicky Maynard header proved enough for Crewe as they ended their eight-game winless streak at the Matchroom Stadium. Maynard converted Byron Moore's cross on 25 minutes as Orient's poor form continues.

Millwall 2 Southend 1
Millwall boosted their survival hopes as they came from behind to beat 10-man Southend at the New Den. Nick Bailey gave Southend the lead on nine minutes with a thunderbolt volley from 25 yards. Gary Alexander struck back four minutes before half time with a trademark header and David Martin smashed home a fine free-kick to seal the points. Substitute Damian Scannell was sent off for serious foul play for Southend as their play-off bid suffered a setback in London.

Swansea 1 Walsall 0
Ferry Bodde ensured that Swansea kept considerable distance between themselves and the chasing pack as he scored the only goal in the Swans' win over Walsall. Bodde latched onto Jason Scotland's pass on 53 minutes to seal the victory and keep them eight points clear of Doncaster at the top.

Swindon 3 Cheltenham 0
Swindon won the battle of the Robins at the County Ground to keep up their promotion hopes. Simon Cox gave the hosts the lead on 20 minutes and Billy Paynter met an Anthony McNamee cross to double the lead just before half time. Christian Roberts sealed the win with 10 minutes remaining as Cheltenham stay just above the relegation zone.

Yeovil 1 Northampton 0
Captain Terry Skiverton grabbed a last-gasp winner for Yeovil to seal the Glovers' first win in eight games. Northampton's six-game unbeaten run came to an end when Skiverton fired home in injury time.

League One weekend preview
Top face bottom and there is a vital Yorkshire derby at the Keepmoat

Top play bottom in League One on Saturday as leaders Swansea travel to struggling Port Vale.
Roberto Martinez's side are currently eight points clear at the summit and will fancy their chances of picking up another three points against a team who have won just five times all season.
Second place Doncaster welcome Leeds to the Keepmoat Stadium in what promises to be a feisty Yorkshire derby between two teams keen to keep their promotion bids on track.
Carlisle are hot on the heels of Rovers though and will hope to close the gap on the top two when they face Crewe at the Alexandra Stadium.
Swindon have climbed into play-off contention of late, but they face a daunting trip to the City Ground to face a Nottingham Forest side who will be keen to put their recent inconsistent form behind them.
Leyton Orient dropped out of the top six last weekend but have the opportunity to put themselves right back in the hunt when they face lowly Luton at Kenilworth Road.
Southend are another side with aspirations of reaching the play-offs and will be confident of claiming maximum points in their home game with crisis club Bournemouth.
Tranmere could boost their hopes of still claiming an automatic promotion spot when they face a Millwall side which continues to flirt with the relegation places.
Gillingham have slipped into the bottom four following a recent poor run of results and head to Northampton this weekend.
Saturday's other two games are mid-table clashes between Cheltenham and Hartlepool at Whaddon Road and Oldham entertaining Yeovil at Boundary Park.

League One preview:
Luton face the league leaders; second takes on fourth

Luton Town face the daunting prospect of a trip to the Liberty Stadium, struggling duo Millwall and Port Vale go head-to-head while fourth takes on second as Carlisle host Doncaster Rovers.
Managerless Luton are in a downward spiral at present, and their plight - eight points from League One safety and having lost their last four fixtures - is made no easier as they take on league leaders Swansea City, who are without defeat in 16 encounters, on Friday.
Kenny Jackett's Millwall are battling at the wrong end of the division too as they take on a bottom-of-the-table Port Vale side that has mustered just one win in 14 games.
Doncaster, who are on a run of four consecutive triumphs, may not have given up hope of catching the high-flying Swans, but will be aware that victory over fourth-placed Carlisle would do much to improve their chances of automatic promotion to the Championship.
Nottingham Forest - currently third - travel to play-off hopefuls Leyton Orient looking to capitalise on any potential slip-ups from the top two.
Tranmere have not tasted the bitter edge of losing in seven league games and will be looking to extend that impressive run when they head to the Memorial Stadium to face Bristol Rovers.
Elsewhere, Leeds tackle Crewe, Hartlepool entertain Northampton, Bournemouth lock horns with Cheltenham, Brighton play Oldham, Huddersfield take on Gillingham while Swindon and Yeovil have clashes against Walsall and Southend respectively.

League One round-up

JUNIOR AGOGO netted the winner as Nottingham Forest moved up to second in the table with a 1-0 win at Leyton Orient.
Colin Calderwood’s side, who are 14 points behind leaders Swansea, leapfrogged Doncaster who suffered a 1-0 away defeat to promotion rivals Carlisle.
Danny Graham’s 40th-minute goal was enough to give the Cumbrians a narrow victory over Rovers at Brunton Park.
Tranmere remain in the play-off places after they were held to a 1-1 draw by FA Cup quarter-finalists Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Ground.
Ronnie Moore’s side, who had Steven Jennings sent off on the stroke of half-time, took the lead through Antony Kay (74) but Craig Disley (81) equalised to give his side a share of the spoils.
A brace from Walsall midfielder Lee Holmes (11 and 57) and one from substitute Alex Nicholls in the 90th minute gave the Saddlers an emphatic 3-0 win over Swindon.
Leeds’ bid to make the play-offs took a blow after they were held to a 1-1 draw by relegation candidates Crewe at Elland Road.
Nicky Maynard opened the scoring for the Railwaymen two minutes after the break but Tresor Kandol saved the home side’s blushes with an equaliser in the 86th minute.

Port Vale remain at the bottom of the table after a 3-0 away defeat to Millwall who found the net through Lewis Grabban (18), Marc Laird (44) and David Martin (68).
Bournemouth are also in deep trouble after they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with 10-man Cheltenham.
A 17th-minute penalty from Max-Alain Gradel and Marvyn Bartley’s goal six minutes before the break had put the Cherries ahead.
But David Bird pulled one back on the stroke of half-time and Steve Brooker equalised in the 89th minute, while Scott Brown was shown a straight red in injury-time.
Gillingham boosted their survival hopes with a 1-0 home win over Huddersfield thanks to an 88th-minute penalty from Adam Miller.
Glenn Murray (61) gave Brighton a 1-0 home win over Oldham, while Southend romped to a 3-0 away victory over Yeovil thanks to goals from Lee Barnard (20), Peter Clarke (34) and Mark Gower (64).

League One midweek preview: Cumbrians aim to gatecrash automatic places

Carlisle travel to Crewe aiming to cement their place in the League One automatic promotion places, as they look to usurp Nottingham Forest in second spot.
Runaway leaders Swansea are destined for the Championship, barring a monumental loss of form, but the battle for the other promotion berth is as intriguing as any in the Football League.
Carlisle, Forest and Doncaster all look capable but John Ward's side will need to improve on an away record that has seen them fail to pick up a win on their travels since October. Gresty Road would be a good place to start.
On paper, Oldham's hosting of Swindon looks to be a clash of midtable mediocrity but John Sheridan's side have shown they are capable of going on winning runs this season and should they mount another between now and the campaign's close, the play-offs may not be beyond them.
At the wrong end of the table, Millwall travel to face a Luton side that look destined for the drop as they search a first win in 11 games, a full 11 points away from safety.

er uinteressant for Leeds vedkommende.

Tranmere og Doncaster møtes i helgen, to lag som vi bør passere i kampen om en paly-off plass.

En overraskende(?) seier mot Swindon skulle smakt!

Tro, håp og kjærlighet - til Leeds!
